I own, commercial and industrial properties. To have them listed for sale or lease, it involves signing documents weeks and months before any listing occurs.

I feel, the reason for it being an auction listing. Is to keep, all the details private and provide the KTD-HLF Execs and BOD with the appropriate Smoke & Mirrors campaign that they utilise frequently.

This is, a small commercial property overall with a land area of 1887sqm . look at the aerial shots on the link, lucky if it has 4-5 designated car bays.

Also, it is a warehouse and no manufacturing occurs within it.

Jourdan, Danny and the entire past and present KTD-HLF team have so much to answer for.
