Interactive AGM Yes/No vote

Hi all,

I am just tallying up some numbers on this particular question.

Should future Pharmaust AGM's be "zoomed" to shareholders ?

The reason I ask this is that last year a shareholder offered to pay up to $5000 to the Company if a zoomed AGM could be incorporated. That request was sent twice to a Company Director and no response was ever received or acknowledged.

So good people I will tally up the votes received here on HC and it will be passed on.

The quote I believe is $3500.

So Yes / No / Abstain

If No please state why, we wish to encompass all feedback.

If you vote abstain that will be appreciated , but feedback on that rationale is warranted as well.

I have a feeling this next AGM will be important.

My vote is Yes to an interactive AGM 2023 and in the future.
