What you say outlines the opportunity and at such a high valuation, is also the risk. I think it is a given that LOV will report a strong set of numbers.
The one and only number that really matters is the store count. I'm looking for continued growth in the US but am also anticipating increased store count in Europe as well as the CEO commentary on emerging markets- Bullish signals will be more stores in Canada, Mexico, Poland and the Africas.
With store growth funded organically and if executed in the way I anticipate, a share price of $24 will look cheap in a couple of years.
