The moral of the story is this:
* Just concentrate on selecting the best companies (WES is one of them, there are others)
* Let the people who work for these companies make the money for you, while you do your own thing
* There is never a bad time to own good assets, be it WES shares, beach front property, whatever.
As to when you should buy ?
I cannot improve on the words of the legendary Jack Bogle, the founder of Vanguard.
When asked 'When is the best time to invest?' Jack replied 'When you have the funds to do so'
