I think what Tony meant was to sell enough of your shares now to be free carried with the remainder you hold. If you really are as “green” as you say you are that to me would make a lot of sense and stop you worrying incessantly about the approval (or not) and let you get some sleep at night. If in fact you are an experienced trader and trying to install doubt in shareholders minds so they sell cheaply to you I think you have come to the wrong forum.
