The biggest part of the CAPEX was the slurry pipe line, they are still going ahead with the pipe line so why not stick to the 20mill/ton/p/a , looks life a life style co. now , none of this will ever come to fruition, feel sorry for the holders, they will get strung along for years , till reality sinks in
