No commercial realtors, will put up signs in front of a property/asset or list an asset/property on a/there website unless a formal agreement has been entered into.
I have commercial/industrial properties, start point is always a meet and greet with the realtors. They will then, say they have to create a marketable presentation to put on there listing/s website/s. So a photographer for the still shots and also a drone capable provider for aerial views etc. They then, explain about there large physical signs as part of the package and the associated costs for this are generally from $5,000.00 + GST .
But before, any that goes ahead they want the agreement signed.
If you wanted, to simply see how your asset is priced or would perform in the market - You would simply ask your commercial realtor to carry out a full property report and depending on the size of the property they start from $2,500.00 + GST.
