It's been interesting to observe the trading pattern of OBL of late. this has been a pretty well behaved stock in terms of respecting FIB retraces and the RSI and hitting it when the share price drops below the 200 day moving average on the daily.
i'm watching for another technical breakout above ~$4.20 in conjunction with the RSI. i wouldn't be surprised to see a continued tightening for a bit
