    Hard to prove (argue yes) that a TO price of $1.50 or even $1.30 for that matter when the current SP is $0.98 is not a good outcome for holders. I/we know it's not, but a premium of 30-50% is normal and good luck proving it was a set up. Anyway, I don't think it will happen but it's happened before...
