Yes there have been a number of virtual meetings, presentations etc. Ok perhaps its a little extra work but reality is these days it is a minimum expectation.
It just looks shady when they go out of their way not to do it.
Also I can't imagine they plan their budget that we'll as to not be able to find a spare 3.5k or an offset for it. Really?
