What's the intention of using Zoom?

Just to broadcast to shareholders or to have them interactive?

If just to broadcast, then YES - that's a no-brainer

If it's intended to be interactive - it's a solid NO from me - having used Zoom for meetings (only up to 20 people), it's a mess - can you imagine potentially hundreds of interactive participants? Good luck with that (unless there's a nice easy way to control the mob that those with more experience with Zoom than me can advise).

If there's a way to control the participants and easily identify questions and vote as well, then my NO becomes a YES - I hate Zoom personally (I don't really want to look at people), but our clients just expect it these days for their AGM's so I guess the share game is no different.
