200 million new shares - shocking

The Directors tell us on page 1 how undervalued the company is at the 3c price.

Then in the detail they say they are going to dilute the heck out of us all by issuing 200 million new shares at 80% of market value.

I'd like an entitlement issue with the right to extras and will vote against it accordingly.

Any other thoughts?
