It's difficult for big investors accumulating stock without pushing the price up.
I have seen them pause previously which starts panic selling. Will be interesting to see if we get announcements saying they have accumulated 5%
I guess PCL are assisting them with the lack of announcements. We're about a month late on their previous guess on a 3d announcement also.
