Ref the cost of virtual AGM

I made some inquiries and it looks like it is between 15 and 20K just for the virtual at an AGM. Then there is the physical costs for room an running of an AGM etc.

So is it worth 15-20K for a couple of doz shareholders to listen?

• We can send in questions in advance to be answered
• We can watch the meeting because we know they are recording and sharing
• We can vote or put up proxies

Is it really worth that much?

Ok, so there are 3500 shareholders (don't actually know but that is just a number) but the vast majority of people do NOT dial in.

I think in 2021 there ware about 24 people go and dial in.. I was one and I know a couple of others that did dial in.
I couple live with watching the video if i couldn't make it in person..

Maybe i should email the company and complain about wasted spend in 2021. Oh, why waste their time on something so stupid.
