• The Australia Institute is clearly wrong regardng NRZ here. They appear to be saying that NRZ is in production. Even I am satisfied that NRZ completely offset all their CURRENT modest emissions, which is all they have to do. I expect one of Phil's Special Zingers to be fired at them shortly, like the one he fired at ASIC a couple of years ago.

Totally incorrect to call the Australia Institute a 'left wing think tank'. You shoukd know better.
