"The DLE will work"The fact that Saltworks has produced 99.9% from waste grading < 100ppm is an indication that anything is possible. It doesn't however validate a commercial enterprise. It's more about cost and consistency. Timelines play a massive part aswell. No one can accurately predict the lithium price in 2027. If production on this happens in 2024, investors would have greater certainty around price. However, if production is not until 2027, the degree of certainty around price dimishes.When you are talking about billion dollar capex expenditures, people want certainty. No one wants Nemaska mk II.
