US-focused Samson Oil & Gas posted a higher quarter-on-quarter revenue of A$1.4 billion (A$1.3 billion) for the three months to 31 March on increased revenue from crude and gas outputs.

Crude output increased to 6231 barrels, up from 5493 barrels, but gas production was lower at 165,811 Mcf, down from 169,177 Mcf last quarter.
March quarter revenue from oil sales stands at A$490,445, up 23% from A$443,758 for the previous three months.
Gas outputs fetched A$944,021 in revenue, 10% higher than the December quarter of A$769,866.
