A revisit of the RECENT BINDING MOU ANN clarifies a number of positives for ECE. Just a highlight:
1. 90 days for Ochre to come up with a sound investment including sound management that resonates the investment
What does this mean?
We are already a few weeks into the 90 days and believe me, OChre has by now identified sound investment in the resource area.
-Any time soon, sound management will be announced to manage the identified investment
-Announcement of the investment in the resource area that is GOING TO PUSH THE SP AT LEAST 1.5c or above for 20Days before Ochre remuneration

So what does it mean to the market?

1. With an imminent ann on management, ECE sp heading north

2. Followed by another imminent announcement of the investment. Another positive for ECE
3. Then assuming it is O & G or similar, the drilling plan will be another positive for ECE

Why will OCHRE get it right?

There is a lot at stake for OCHRE in terms of share allocations. 1.5c is not a difficult target to achieve taking into consideration ECE value and the requirement for OCHRE to acquire ANY sound investment

Any drawbacks for investors?

None. There is a share purchase plan in the MOU. OCHRE would love to see sp exceeding the target
