32 cents WTF! that is disgraceful from the BOD! Why are they leaving $2.5 billion on the balance sheet in cash! what justification do they have to give such a pathetic dividend! I was expecting 80-$1...this is my worst case scenario...surely they must be also going to do a special dividend at some point! There are only so many mines you can develop...$2.5 billion in cash will build a lot more coal mines!. I really do not understand why they went with such a low dividend....ridiculous!
