CDT seems to just be a land banking company. They seem to take up good positions but do nothing with them.. they have old projects they've been working on for decades they drag in and out of the market when the commodities are hot.
They're going to need to get serious sooner or later, the market takes his company quite seriously but that won't last forever with no real action.

I've been buying-selling and trading this company for quite a number of years and hold a nice freehold position which is held tightly. I see a big future if they can get things moving.
