I am surprised even the amended response was accepted.
It wouldn't surprise me to see the company suspended until they can clarify whether they have a formal agreement to auction the site or not.
Surely an auction would be considered an agreement "in respect of such a sale"
If they considered that putting the site up for auction / leaseback is not material and did not need to be announced then why are they being so cagey about the auction??
