Given the deteriorating political environment including the possibility of LNG export cuts / gas price caps etc, and the Greens screeching out for no more gas or coal developments , the sovereign risk has grown since the original offer by Brookfield. So I think any revised offer will reflect this . Then there is the govt approval process including FIRB which in my opinion won’t be easy.
I believe the market reflects all of the above .
