    Good point. Outside of GGP and NCM - cant see any other player interested; Patterson is in the middle of no where! if i was GGP i'd make a play for this for like $120M, then try sell Citadel to rio for $60M, that would give me Minyari, WIlki/IGO JV for $50M + $10M cash on hand.
