    To be fair, the SPP wasn't all that enticing IMO...the offer price was pretty much what you would pay on the open market (less, if you snagged a 0.55c buy), the only incentive being the 1 for 2 option at 1.5c.

    Anyway, looking on the brighter side maybe the shortfall will focus their minds to use the funds they did get very carefully.
