I disagree. First of all, it isn't a 1 week delay, it is potentially "x" months delay. Secondly, I disagree with your prediction that in 2 weeks time it will be "back up through 10 cents". I believe it will be lower than it is now in two weeks time.
If the drill rig is stuck drilling in its current operation, then we might not see it on the Alameda well pad for months.

1) They have at most 11 days to get the rig from its current location to Alameda-1. They have at least 5 days if the rig is ordered to deconstruct by 26/03/2023.
