I may be wrong but as i understand it, it is all about the fact SBM own a big part of NMC and as a holder of sbm it is proposed you will be offered 1.25 nmc for each sbm shares. SBM & nmc shares are moving in unison.
It is up to people to decide whether the Paulsons or Meekathara is the real excitement.
