I was expecting the timing of 3D release to slip and needing all 3 parties to sign off is a pretty realistic reason for a delay past end February.
I just don't know why these smaller oilers set themselves up like this. On 17th January when they announced the NZO farm in they could easily have said that seismic ann. would be delayed until end March to allow NZO/TPD to assess the data. Instead they re-affirmed end of February and reset that expectation. Either way we will get an update soon.
