DPTR did the same when Old KK invested $400M for 37% of the common shares.

The Bakken, Niobrara and Eagle Ford leases are being priced and and loved.

Why do you think the options excercised two days before this halt?

For investors who have seen this type of thing a lot, and I know we are all just speculating here, but is that a good or bad thing. I could see it being good, if they exercised them ahead of good news to be announced. Or I can see it as bad if they excercised them ahead of dilltuion to sell them at a higher price maybe?

Just trying to put pieces of the puzzle together, so much news this week.
