Wow. The tone of that release has just made me want to dig my heels in harder. I would have perhaps given some thought to an substantially improved offer, but now, no way. The wording was uncalled for and as many have mentioned, inappropriate. How condescending?! How duplicitous, especially when talking about the risk??? If so risky, then why take us over? Further, the share price of MIN has fallen >10% from recent peaks near when the offer started. Hardly an emphatic vote of confidence in the self appointed supreme JV partner MIN but more importantly an equivalent of a >10% REDUCTION in the offer.

Let's let the drill do the talking from here on out as I'm struggling to see MIN get the necessary shares from us to take us off market. We have been through the worst of it now. Only upside from here in my mind.
