The SP decline has less to do with WAF and more to do with the US State Dept neocons being outraged that BF has had the temerity to express self-rule and finally kick out the French in favour of the Russians. Putting BF on the neocon naughty list brings with it the usual slew of down ramping and negativity from the stenographers in the press room.
