agree FHC my 2 cents and personal view is that with all the adverse reactions (and deaths) encountered by DNA/RNA therapeutics the FDA has revamped their view of IND submissions after industry consultation.
Precision drugs are being recognized (slowly) as being on a whole different playing field - the purest delivery vs skip delivery profile will win.
