Tell me what has changed?
I have been involved in resource projects overseas, I admit not oil and gas but have you any idea how contracts work with third party contractors, especially in latin american countries that have limited contractors?
Were they to lock it down, prior to finishing the Zapato, without Sonogols input?
Or were they to overpower Sonogol somehow and not even go to Zap like some geniuses here think? Cause that as ever an option for them.
Please enlighten me to what has dramatically changed?
