At no cost Malaysia should benefit from Lynas who could supply raw materials for EV.
Once KAL is done, Lynas should move out.
12 year tax holiday is also over.
Malaysia has treated Lynas sooooooo badly that it deserves no benefit. (not that they even realise the value of this plant which they have in their homeland).
