Thanks, understood. Re borrowing for bb's and dividends, time for caution, as Federal Labor Govt previously announced intention of retrospective legislation back several FY's as to increased and loss of franking credits. Remember Labor Govts want to tax, spend and waste, your investments and SMSF's are in their cross hairs, again. I also am quite sceptical of these ubiquitous bb's and their efficacy.
