I don't see regal active at all this week.. I'm guessing people think Regal now has a position it plans to hold for abit , in which case the stock can rally fairly easily if it wants to with no 7.7 flippers until retail piece is finished at the end of the month .
10 cents is going to be a huge hurdle for the rest of the year, a break is going to take something special
