Yep definately saw it wisdom - These are my thoughts:

I'm almost suspicious the big dump 6 mins before close was the same people trying to pin it back at close.

Last trade of PRR trading at .17 cents was 3.12pm and then we had the following small trades go through:

03:21:41 PM 0.165 25,000 4,125.00
03:23:12 PM 0.165 381 62.87
03:44:20 PM 0.165 380 62.70
03:53:49 PM 0.165 20,000 3,300.00 XT

If not to push the price down, they were meaningless trades. then we got down to 2 large dumps 1 split second after the other - orchestrated? perhaps? the times were:

3.54.24
3.54.25

These cleared out the .165 cent bidders

Again a split second after we had a couple of very small trades at .16 to push the price down a total of $35 worth.

3.54.26

Just enough to get the colour of the stock back to neutral.

And of course the story was repeated based on the last few days that there were only just enough on the sell side to out bid the buyers to push it down to the lower value.

How's that for a conspiracy theory?
