McArthur was right during the Korean War. His approach was we will inevitably have a war with China, we may as well hit them now and hit them hard before they advance into nuclear. Hindsight is 20/20. I don't think the average punter worldwide understood that China Plays a dirty game until we had the Covid debacle (where we turned on each other). Japan, Taiwan, USA, Phillipines all see great danger in an out of control Empire and are preparing as required. I personally hope China decays internally, as it does every hundred years or so and a civil conflict tears them apart..Thank goodness we have a trusted alliance with the USA. Europe has no stomach for conflict or confrontation after the two World Wars and the long years of guessing the USSR game. We need our kids to be savvy about regional threats and geopolitics. The days of remembering the British Empire have long faded..
