If there needs to be a CR I doubt it will be a rights issue as MIN will need to stump up over half in cash.
One or two mill might not be much but MIN seem pretty keen on keeping their $$.

So most likely a placement to the so called Sophicated Investors.
The downside to this for MIN is that it will dilute their shareholding %.

Rights Issue or placement will depend on how much of NWE, MIN end up with I think.
A few weeks at least before we know this.
