I don't like major shareholders on boards of PLC's either, but I follow DATT on Twitter and he seems to be quite involved and to be an active member in the investment community which is a good sign! His appointment or self-appointment; I presume is to add value not to unleash the samurai sword and do managements work of restructure and cost cutting causing fights (which is what normally happens when major shareholders get involved). I take it as a positive! DATT is accessible just join Twitter, he frequently holds group chats for Coal and other traded commodities which he invests in. Good Luck to All!
