A famous bond trader once said, “don’t be to smart by a half” meaning; you know the bond / stock / currency ____you fill in the blank, is worth 12cents, yet you have your bid in at 1.5 cents then the share has a news event and the market runs the stock up to 12 cents and your still standing at the station wishing you bought in at 1.6 cents.
