You would hope that would be the case but 12 months ago when this situation was obviously coming they hadnt as they got busted moving a handful of dongas onsite for drillers and my communication with managment was that they felt it was not required and they would get their contractor to sort personal problems { putting their head in the sand } I felt that they just thought problem would go away and it may in a few years so on what timeline are they seriously thinking of operating .
