Because at the time I had 4 other mutual funds, 3 houses and a couple of factories.

I sold most of it off, paid off debt and that's why I have $3.3m in the bank. I still own 2 unencumbered houses, one a renter (which I built for $140k) which brings in a handy $600 per week.

How much rent do you get from those bits of gold?
