Impeccable timing. Just 1 day after ALB announces their results and forecast. these rumors and the facts that CATL kindly advises (i.e orders) everyone upstream to reduce prices. (resulting in peak to trough near term of SP of 14% for ALB and 17% of PLS)
I assume LG and Tesla are happy of the news too. If not Tesla would not be green yesterday.
Imagine what the near term producers and explorers have to do to revise their forecast. Unless contract signed for few years etc
