I could be way off track, but I wonder if CATL has a majority stake in the lithium mining companies that provide it lithium?
CATL announces these agreements, which entail lepidolite mines operating at cost price, in order to influence other miners to do the same. They imply it is a market agreement, when in fact it is just one company supplying itself.
