Fair dinkum - why is it that mugs like us aren't given the word!!
Tonight's announcement from QBE after market shut is that they will be issuing a convertible debt instrument - now let me guess - they would have spoken to the insto's about this to determine who will support it and of course the instos dump the stock to move their allocations into the convertible when its announced - why the hell didn't QBE announce this at the same time as the acquistion in the USA - it's an absolute joke
