IMO Lithium is here to stay for a long time to come. Technology improvement on Li based battery has reached levels beyond believes.
Take a look at "blade battery" tech...If there is going to be a price pressure on Lithium it will come from improved technology, hence efficiency rather than a complete new tech/chemistry.....All IMO
