Yes, I would think that continuous disclosure rules would be the overarching principle. They are not in trading halt and most of the CR is completed. It would be in everyones(?) best interest to release recent sales info...the uptake to retailers would be enhanced and it's win-win. The half yearly is due soon. There is something shifty going on that I don't feel comfortable with. BP just cut 4% off target price...why? They have made 3 estimates in less than 6 weeks. Still question marks remain. If there are no new sales announced in the upcoming report, or by March 2nd this is going below 30c. It's almost as if the big boys want it to cos they can load up cheaper, and/or there are snags that us retailers are unaware of. There has been continuous news flow for orders for the last 6 months. Regular sales. Now, a strange pause.
If anyone can post evidence of no PS news being able to be disclosed during a CR period, please post and am happy to withdraw this opinion.
