Well they'll need a Phase III if they want to take it to market themselves, though it is possible I believe to sell a drug whilst Phase III trials are concurrently run.
Several have mentioned that its likely the Co will sell the project so I guess it's feasible that can happen at any point now given the Phase IIa has proven its efficacy.
The significance of this product to so many lives, and the fact that it's not the drug being trialled but the delivery mechanism itself, may also see it being sold sooner rather than later?
