That may be so but by my rough guess is the HC crew hold about 5% and likely quite a bit more of ESS shares.

Add that to the 10% Odey hold and we are already at 15%+ as a blocking stake.

Shouldn't be too hard to get to the 25% mark.

Like most holders I'm OK to move on - particularly as ESS management don't have the skills or desire to take this project forward.

But I will help scupper the deal unless we see a decent premium above the 50 cent lowball offer price.

I would love to see all the results of the recent survey - I'm sure there were a few interesting responses among the feedback
