If, as WHC is claiming, additional reserve capital is required longer term, and hence the excuse for the depleted dividend just announced, as cheered on by some vocal WHS supporters, why do we have a bb program at all, except for enhancing eligibility for executive bonuses. So far, it seems that the bb program, is buying a declining stock with a cascading downwards sp to match.
